    1.电感式传感器原理--简介

    电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)式传感(gan)(gan)器,英文名(ming)称为Inductance Type Transducer,它主要是利用(yong)电(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)(gan)应(ying)的(de)原理把被(bei)测的(de)物理量(liang)如(ru)位移、压力、流(liu)量(liang)以及振动等转换(huan)成(cheng)线圈的(de)自感(gan)(gan)系数(shu)和互感(gan)(gan)系数(shu)的(de)变化(hua),接着由电(dian)(dian)路转换(huan)为电(dian)(dian)压或者电(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)变化(hua)量(liang)输(shu)出,实现(xian)非(fei)电(dian)(dian)量(liang)到(dao)电(dian)(dian)量(liang)之(zhi)间(jian)的(de)转换(huan)。

    2.电感式传感器原理--特点

    电感式传(chuan)感器可以(yi)实(shi)现信息的远(yuan)距离传(chuan)输、记(ji)录(lu)、显示以(yi)及控(kong)制的功能,它(ta)在工业(ye)自动控(kong)制系统中被广泛的采用。它(ta)主(zhu)要具有以(yi)下(xia)特(te)点:

    (1)结(jie)构简单(dan),传感器无活动电触点(dian),因此工作可靠寿命长。

    (3)线性度和重复性都比较(jiao)好,在一定位移范围内,传感器非(fei)线性误差可达0.05%~0.1%。
